With over two decades of experience in case management, Cindy Hinkel-Jessup has been a key team member since 2008, transitioning from Avalon Case Management to Arcadia Case Management. Specializing in Worker’s Compensation and No-Fault Auto Insurance, Cindy expertly handles complex cases, including pediatric brain injuries and catastrophic trauma resulting in permanent disabilities, both telephonically and in the field. As a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), Cindy serves clients across Central and Western Michigan and Northern Indiana as a licensed registered nurse. Her dedication to compassionate, high-quality care ensures clients receive the advocacy and support they need for the best possible outcomes. When Cindy isn’t working, she enjoys outdoor recreation, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
